Automotive Service Advisor
Huffines CJDR Plano
Three Years of FCA Vehicle Experience Required

The Huffines Service Advisor acts as the primary point-of-contact for all automotive service matters, and he or she must thoroughly understand the customer's problems to set and manage expectations and provide world-class service.
The ideal candidate for this position has: 
  • A minimum of 3 years of FCA vehicle experience 
  • Excellent customer service skills. 
  • Confident and outgoing personality. 
  • Excellent customer service skills. 
  • Certification by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or is willing to obtain certification.
  • An unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record 
  • Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written. 
  • Ability to work well in a process driven environment. 
  • Good time management skills.
The successful Automotive Service Advisor;
  • Approaches and interacts with customer in a professional manner both in person or over the phone
  • Schedules service for customers either in person or on the phone to ensure a prompt and accurate diagnosis of any problems.
  • Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs by setting and managing customer expectations.
  • Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures.
  • Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required.
  • Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
