Job Description

The Customer Care Representative is a technically savvy individual who understands computers, the internet, and other technologies and who can communicate in a clear efficient way.
 
Essential duties and responsibilities include driving traffic for the service department by setting appointments for customers, taking inbound and making outbound calls, updating customer information, following up on customer visits to ensure customer satisfaction and any other duties that may be assigned. The ideal candidate for this position has had experience in assisting customers over the phone & via internet.  A  high school diploma or GED is required.  College degree, or relative work experience preferred.
 
They have exceptional interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills (good verbal skills and a clear speaking voice). Must be comfortable with computers and technology systems. Must have the drive and desire to meet production goals and expectations. Effective time management skills, professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.

Job Requirements

Maintains customer information into the designated software system
Receives inbound phone calls & makes outbound phone calls to address customer concerns
Provides electronic and phone customer service assistance
Identifies client's needs and schedules appointments
Ensures all client concerns are addressed prior to appointment date such as cost, warranty questions, appointment duration etc...
Contacts customers based on current marketing incentives
Ensures protection of customer information by continually following Information Security procedures
Addresses customer concerns and issues or escalates them as needed
Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel
Directs customers to the appropriate department or point-of-contact
Follows up with customer purchases to ensure customer satisfaction
Contacts clients prior to appointment & reschedules no show customers
Compiles all necessary reports, forms & other documents on a timely basis
Performs other duties as assigned
